(this setup give me 33% countersteer)
Pinion: 24T 48p
Spur: 94T 48T

this is my next cs project after my previous hy cs project.
i choose this chasis because visually its balance left and right where motor is mounted in the center line of the chasis while the battery is positioned transverse.

front and rear weight distribution seems not suitable for it to drift because the rear has more weight. so i need to put some extra weight on the front bumper to give more weight to the front.

HY CLONE T208

Model: HY (clone xray)
CS Ratio: 1.48
Gearing: Front pulley: 38T xray
Rear pulley: 34T std
Front center pulley: 16T xray
Rear center pulley: 20T std

this is my front kickup to increase the caster upto 10 degree. this is to make sure a very soft and responsive steering respond.














my rear belt tensioner. just using iron wire. hehehe save money....

this is 38t xray pulley combined with xray t2 16t center pulley. with this i dont need to change my front belt.
















after make a few run using this tyre and this camber setting, i found that rear wheel was too grippy. then i change rear cam to 5.5..then it ok. it drift well on tarmac.

FREE TIME

What are you doing on your free time.....

this is my second rc chasis since involving in this hobby, hy clone t2. the first chasis was tamiya ta04s that i bought on 2002..
now the ta04s i have send back into its box..bye2
its no longer service me...

i use this hy to drifting..after puas play 4wd drifting, now i just started to cs..ing.
another step to rc drift...its very difficult to master but it will give a real look drifting where u can the front wheel steer to the opposite direction of a turn. first when i saw rc drifter cs..ing, i really impress. that motivate me to start this project on my hy....
